Bifrost

Legal

Terms of Use

Effective 9 November 2026.

These terms cover the Bifrost apps and this website, provided by Codefin Co., Ltd. ("Codefin"). Your organization's agreement with Codefin, if it has one, takes precedence over these terms.

Using Bifrost

The apps connect you to a Bifrost server operated by your organization. Your organization decides who may use it and how, and its rules apply to you. Use Bifrost only for lawful purposes and in line with the policies of the networks you connect from.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell your organization straight away if you think someone else has used them. Your organization can suspend or remove your access at any time.

Software

Codefin grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the apps with your organization's Bifrost server. Don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps except where the law allows it. Open-source components are covered by their own licences.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Bifrost reliable, but it's provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Codefin isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Bifrost. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
