Help with the Bifrost apps for iPhone, Mac and Linux.
Getting access
Bifrost connects you to your organization's own network, so you need an account on its Bifrost server. Ask your IT team for an invitation. The email has your server's address and a link that fills it in.
Signing in on iPhone
- Open Bifrost, enter your company's server address and tap Sign In.
- Sign in with your work account, then allow the VPN configuration when iOS asks.
- Switch Bifrost on. Your company's devices and servers appear in the list.
Common questions
I can't see a device I need. Your organization's policies decide who can reach what. Ask your IT team.
Why is my phone hidden? Phones are hidden from coworkers by default. Change it in Settings → Hide from other people.
The terminal won't open on a colleague's computer. Its owner has to allow remote shells and approve your request on their computer.
Sending a file fails. The computer you send to must be online with Bifrost running, and file sharing must be on in your organization.
Contact
For account problems, contact your organization's IT team first. For anything else, email support@codefin.io. We usually reply within one business day.
